Susan Griffin
A principal in Journey Productions LLC, an idependent film company which produced her first screenplay This Place of Love, and MM Productions LLC, a production company that showcased a theatrical preview of the rock opera Magdalene, Woman of Light, Susan is above all a lover of story and the elements of structure. These have been with her throughout her life fueling her desire to write, first as a journalist and then as a writer of fiction. The love of structure can be seen in her background as an architectural model builder (she holds an Associate’s degree in Architectural Technology), and her ability to deeply listen and respond intuitively to someone’s “story” can be witnessed in her work as a craniosacral practitioner (Susan is a Registered Craniosacral Therapist). Among others, Susan has studied with screenwriter Barbara Wilder and novelist Barbara Steiner. In addition to coaching, she teaches writing courses geared to finding your internal voice and learning about the landscape of writing.
